Job Description:Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate across the US Air Force, US Air Force intelligence, and national–level intelligence communities to integrate Air Force ISR and Non–Kinetic capabilities into named and contingency operations in support of US and Coalition forces around the globe. Project and forecast the availability of Air Force ISR assets in support of analysis and mitigate shortfalls by incorporating information and analysis from Joint– and national–level entities. Provide cogent ISR advice to internal and external stakeholders on international events and military operations. Provide expert perspectives on ISR and Non–Kinetic Operations effects. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for supervising a matrixed team within the 16AF to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges. The Supervisor will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of the team. Finally, the supervisor will be accountable to the 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
BA or BS degree required
10+ years of experience with ISR operations, including Airborne ISR, flight, space, or Cyber
5 + years of experience with Operations Center, including AOC, OC, WOC, or TOC
Knowledge of theater and functional AOC operations and responsibilities
Knowledge of airborne ISR platforms and capabilities
Experience with ISR collection tasking as a collection producer or C–NAF and CCMD
Experience with C–NAF or CCMD collection management
Experience in an ISR C2, AF DCGS Enterprise, or AOC operations
Experience with developing solutions for complex, integrated systems
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience with operational planning
Experience with AF ISR
Experience with developing solutions for complex, integrated systems
Experience in a warfighting staff or NAF staff
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
