Responsibilities:

- The Contractor shall utilize, build, maintain research, establish, administer, and update knowledge of the primary Collection Requirements Management systems for support to collection JSR planning, operations, and assessments

- The Contractor shall, unless already certified under the DIA CCMP-F certification program, demonstrate CM knowledge, skills, and abilities in accordance with DoD standards to support collection ISR planning and strategy development, collection requirements management,ISR operations, and assessments for DoD CM certification and pronominalization of the workforce. Contractor shall attempt the DIA CCMP-F ce1iification exam within one year.

- The Contractor shall support and perform TMT, E-Task, JSAPs, and other associated tasking mechanisms, content management, or other functions supporting collection JSR planning, operations, and assessments for overarching ISR Division daily operations

- The Contractor shall provide Collection Management training and course instruction, material development, and assistance to the RJITEF as adjunct instructors. The contractor shall support Collection Management/ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) formal and informal (desk-side) training related material research, analysis, creation, modification, coordination, and content management

- The Contractor shall support crisis response, assist in managing and synchronizing execution of ISR Operations with 24/7 situational awareness throughout the customer's managed battlespace

-Personnel shall assess multi-INT collection operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or masters degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience, or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience

Assignments require knowledge of:
- Full range of JSR and Collection Managment related concepts, principles, and practices and skills in applying this knowledge to challenging, multi-agency work assignments

- A thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems

Ideal Candidate will also possess Utilization of tools to include, but not limited to:
Microsoft and Adobe suite of tools, GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), Collection Requirement Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), INTELINK Collaboration Tools, Google Earth, SAVANT, Multi-Media Messaging (M3), Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements-Reporting and Operational Management Environment (CHROME), Open Source Collection Acquisition Requirements Management System (OSCAR-MS)
