Joint Fires Planner, Lead

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, evaluate, and monitor extremely complex or highly sensitive foreign and domestic systems and instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes. Perform all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis to determine characteristics of various systems and functions of instrumentation. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Provide work leadership for junior employees and perform as an advanced consultant with capability knowledge who excels at client delivery, having developed expertise in a specific area. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with Joint- and service-level fires and targeting education
-Experience with Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) and Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
-Experience with writing and updating Operational-level TTP

-Experience with the dynamic targeting process and the use of ISR asset for collection opportunities
-Ability to identify limitations during dynamic targeting test and exercise planning and develop solutions for process improvements
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in the Indo-Pacific AOR
-Experience in working with an Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) or in a Battlefield Coordination Detachment
-Experience with JT&E as a member of a QRT, Joint Feasibility Study, or Joint Test

-TS/SCI clearance required

-MA or MS degree preferred

-PMP Certification preferred

-Completion of Joint Fires Course
