JOB DESCRIPTION

STG, a wholly owned subsidiary of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking a Project Manager II in Washington, D.C.  The ideal candidate will possess experience in Federal Contracting, IT Project Management.

• Manage the IT project lifecycle per PMI project management processes  
• Manage the product lifecycle through the client SDLC
• Effectively manage 3 or more projects or initiatives simultaneously
• Execute project status reporting and briefings at various levels of client management 
• Successfully establish stakeholder engagement pursuant to project success
• Utilize professional, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to integrate cross-functional, enterprise, and vendor resources  
• Effectively self-manage time and priorities pursuant to successful delivery of assignments in a fluid, rapid paced environment
• Participate in required reviews and meetings
• Comply with corporate and program policies  
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Certifications: PMP
• 8 years of delivering IT projects and solutions 
• 6 years of federal government or federal contracting Project Management experience
• Managed at least $1M annual program/project budget
• 3 years’ experience interfacing and presenting to C-Level executives
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DESIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS and/or CERTIFICATIONS:  

• CSM
• Expereince with legal work or electronic discover, particularly Axcelerate, is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

• Work environment is normal for office or open office setting
• Tele-work/Alternate Work Schedule eligible upon completion of successful acclamation period
