Client requires an experienced, part-time Program Manager (PM) to directly support a large service infrastructure program. Client requires support to align core services that will support strategic planning, metrics, and technical roadmap development. The PM will assist the leadership team with crafting roadmaps to demonstrate the diverse services provided by the Client. The PM may also perform a myriad of functions to complete deliverables and finished products, to include engaging in customer outreach, bringing marketing best practices to the Sponsors marketing efforts through the use of targeted campaigns, and developing specific programmatic materials to announce enhancements of existing and new services and capabilities. The Client requires expert communications and marketing support familiar with the Sponsors mission and the Sponsors customer base who can work independently to provide a complete analysis of existing marketing and communication efforts, make recommendations for improvement, and deliver agreed upon solutions. The Sponsors expectations is for the PM to collaborate with IT web development teams to design and update internal/external websites, develop style guides and collaborate with leadership team to come up with e-marketing campaigns.



OPTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience briefing technical programs and presenting to medium to large groups.
2. Advanced degree and/or equivalent experience in Organizational Management and/or Change Management.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with outreach and social media campaigns for advanced technology offerings.
