 *** THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON A CONTRACT AWARD ***

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an 

ISR Operational Requirements Analyst - Senior reporting to our ISG PM and responsible for support to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter who is driven and motivated by improving the performance of the ISG team. The candidate provide support to planning and overseeing the deployment and integration of ISR assets, managing and tracking theater requirements, rapidly addressing shortfalls, developing necessary PED support, and overseeing SIGINT Military to Military agreements (SM2M) with partner nations.

 ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES  

  • Provide direct support for preparation and/or updating of OPLANS/CONPLANS, formal briefings, formal architecture documents, CONOPs/SCONOPs, and TTPs needed to effectively employ airborne ISR assets within the CENTCOM AOR
  • Aid in coordinating various USCENTCOM ISR sensor/system fielding and management processes for the USCENTCOM AOR
  • Ensure component requirements are properly satisfied and all airborne ISR integration aspects are addressed through close collaboration with the CENTCOM staff (i.e. J2/J3/J6), Components, Joint Staff and the Services 
  • Create and present verbal briefings to high ranking officials
  • Write formal documents, memorandums and emails
  • Prepare professional quality information papers
  • Other staff actions as required

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or DD214 in related field
  • Masters preferred
  • Must be proficient in Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) and Record Message Traffic (RMT) systems
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with related Joint Staff publications, ISR CONOPS development, EXORDS, PLANORDS, WARNORDS, FRAGOS, formal Joint Staff requirements processes, airborne ISR asset integration/interoperability, and Service Level Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) processes and activities
  • Compliance and familiarity with USCENTCOM J3 Sensor Fielding Initiative (SFI) requirements outlined in message 151430ZAPR15, USCENTCOM Approval Process for ISR Systems Concept of Operations Mod 1, and familiarity with joint collection management processes and procedures
  • OCONUS Travel may be required

  •      Working conditions are normal for an office environment
