Key Role:
Develop operational assessments of ISR processes for Air Force intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Air Force ISR Enterprise at the operational level of engagement. Produce and disseminate data gathering surveys. Develop measures of performance and effectiveness for AF capabilities. Analyze operational risk. Coordinate with key ISR capability experts. Provide recommendations for clients to mitigate identified shortfalls and operational constraints. This position is located in Lackland AFB, TX.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with Air Force operational Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
-5+ years of experience with drafting technical documentation, including operational assessments, program roadmaps, surveys, issue status summaries, bullet background papers, and PowerPoint presentations
-Knowledge of risk management tools and techniques to support senior level decision required
-Ability to develop technical and measurable performance parameters for ISR capabilities
-Ability to develop and present decision briefings to leadership
-Ability to document, analyze, and develop complex ISR processes and procedures
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with ISR architectures
-Experience with ISR Enterprise Organization
-Experience with readiness reporting processes
-Knowledge of ISR communication architectures
-Program Management Certified
Clearance:
