Intermediate IT Business CPIC Analyst

KeyLogic is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to support management of consulting activities alongside the project manager for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Department of Labor (DOL). IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) is the primary function; however, other duties may include high-level analysis and support related to statutory requirements, business process re-engineering, and strategic business management/enterprise architecture.

*Position requires a minimum of a NACI, including a fingerprint check.  Security paperwork and fingerprinting will be required and coordinated as part of the hiring process.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience providing internal/external consulting services to management
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement at enterprise/OCIO level
  • Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
  • Federal Budget Planning and Management
  • Technology Business Management (TBM)
  • Experience with eCPIC
  • Knowledge of SDLCM, earned value management, cost benefit analyses, and risk management
  • Program and Project Management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Information Technology Policy and Planning
  • Information Technology Life-Cycle Management
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Office of Management and Budget (OMB) A-11
  • Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Strong writing skills, communication skills, and consulting presence
  • Ability to provide group facilitation, minute documentation, team leadership, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer
  • PMP certification is preferred
