JOB SUMMARY:
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interfaces daily with Sr. Level internal and external stakeholders to independently develop, resolve and support intelligence training requirements. Coordinates with Foundry Site Directors and Functional Leads to propel governance and sustainment processes and identify process improvements for the organization. Create and perform intelligence database queries and analysis on the enterprise level to inform, assist and develop solutions for intelligence training plans and schedules. Independently compile, analyze, and deliver reports for monthly, quarterly and annual training requirements on behalf of the client. Coordinate and attend virtual and in-person meetings at various levels of the organization and provide supporting documents and analysis on finding to senior level decision makers. Develop tools to aid in knowledge management through SharePoint applications and maintain, develop and enhance existing pages, portals and sites. Serve as SME for ATRRS operations across enterprise.
