Intelligence Ops Support Adv

Job Description

Our Intelligence & Homeland Security team has an exciting new opportunity for an Intel Operations Support Advisor to work in support of our Headquarters Intelligence Operations. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Assist senior and division leadership in ensuring personnel, administrative, and logistical considerations are accomplished
  • Support travel activities, to include managing and facilitating Defense Travel System (DTS) activities, to include role as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA)
  • Manage tasks and requirements assigned, including preparing staff packages and/or correspondence to DIA/other senior leadership
  • Maintain senior leader calendars and/or scheduling engagements, and maintain rosters and organizational charts to ensure transparency and facilitate interaction with customers and stakeholders
Education
  • Bachelor's degree
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience conducting intelligence analysis, with at least a portion of the experience being within the past 2 years
  • TS/SCI Poly or the ability to obtain a Poly

Preferred:

  • Possess experience in project management , use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in requirements/task management tools such as COLISEUM, eTask, JSAP, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
