Eagle Alliance is looking for Intelligence Operations Support Manager in Annapolis Junction, MD
Responsible for supervising the Tier 1 Service Desk Technicians. Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service and achieve the team Service Level Agreements. Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems, and procedures. Works with other department supervisors to promote a high morale environment and assist other functions of the service desk as needed.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS, 5+ years experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
Must be able to multi-task
A team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Must poses good communication and customer service skills
Shift: Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am-6pm including some weekends and holidays
