Description
The National Security Group of SAIC is seeking candidates to
provide support to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of
Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of
other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility
(AOR). This support is primarily focused on providing the USCENTCOM Commander,
the USCENTCOM HQ staff, subordinate Service/functional component, joint HQ
staffs and our foreign partners with tailored intelligence needed for joint
planning, operations, and assessments. The intelligence products and services
encompass the full spectrum of the intelligence cycle and fulfill and support
USCENTCOMs intelligence needs and responsibilities for situational awareness,
information sharing, General Military Intelligence (GMI), targeting, Collection
Management Authority and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)
management, CI/HUMINT, warning, theater strategy implementation, joint
operations and exercises and joint contingency/deliberate planning. The J2
serves as USCENTCOM's authoritative source for intelligence expertise, skills
and comprehensive knowledge on a wide variety of topics concerning the
USCENTCOM AOR.
Job
Description:
The Intelligence Engagement Analyst will provide support to
development and execution of the J2's intelligence engagement program with
Directors of Military Intelligence (DMIs) located in the AOR, to gain and
maintain access by strengthening relationships and regional organizations
through capacity building.
Additional
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with coordinating all activities associated with
dissemination of intelligence products to and from foreign partners, US
government agencies (including the IC), liaison with HQ (Higher, adjacent,
combined), components and supported organizations. Assisting with conducting
foreign disclosure review and adjudication for International Intelligence
Engagement branch products for AOR and non-AOR partners.
- Maintaining web applications, web portals, and USCENTCOM
intelligence digital production/ dissemination specifically supporting
Intelligence Engagement activities for USCENTCOM J2 and appropriate Defense
Attaches.
- Assisting with design, development, and drafting of reports and
Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) concerning intelligence relationships and
intelligence sharing authorities for International Programs Branch.
- Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on this task.
This task requires proficiency in MS Visio software.
- Processing, delegating and tracking TMT tasks, Joint Staff 136
actions, IC E-tasks, and key leader engagement correspondence/ Requests for
Information (RFIs) with HQ (Higher, adjacent, combined), coalition partners,
and other U.S. and partner nation gov't agencies, components, and supported
orgs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in intelligence or joint
and/or service security assistance with a Bachelor’s Degree; or seven (7) years
of experience with a Master’s Degree. Additional years of experience as a credentialed
subject matter expert, a recognized specialist in relevant field and/or DD-214
in related field may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of responsibility,
regional customs and courtesies, and US protocol.
- Understanding of DISSAM procedures and intelligence production
requirement procedures.
- Exceptional writing and briefing skills.
- Must be proficient in Community On-Line Intelligence System for
End Users and Managers (COLISEUM), Task Management Tool (TMT) system,
SharePoint Administrator, and Adobe Pro. Proficient working in/on JWICS, Talon,
Stone Ghost, SIPRNet, SIPRNet REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM
Partner Network electronic domains.
