The Intelligence/Cryptologic Analyst will provide Intelligence/Cryptologic subject matter expertise support and provide feedback and support in the fielding, training and support of PMW120 Information Warfare (IW)/Cryptologic Programs with a goal of improving fleet performance.

The individual in this role will serve as a liaison with and facilitate communications between organizations for system and software engineering improvement. 

Additional Duties & Responsibilities: 

The Intelligence/Cryptologic Analyst Level II will provide Information Warfare (IW)/Cryptologic operational and training SME support on behalf of NAVIFOR and USFF in the following tasks:
  • Integration and technical engineering feedback related to the development of SI track management solutions
  • Technical support to Communications Electronic Attack (COMMS EA) course curriculum development
  • Support NAVIFOR, USFF and PMW120 in providing technical input in articulating revised requirements for SIGINT multi-discipline, and fleet analytical requirements and training
  • Systems engineering support to the NAVIFOR, USFF, Tactical Information Warfare (IW) Office (TIWO) and Cryptologic Resource Coordinator (CRC) courses in system requirements definition, course delivery and curriculum development respectively
  • Assist NAVIFOR and USFF in the development of individual, team and fleet employment of SIGINT/Multi-INT processes and training solutions that leverage PMW120 system capabilities
  • Systems engineering and systems integration cryptologic technical support
  • Technical recommendations on the processes, systems functionality, performance standards, design, user interfaces, operational constraints, security concerns and supporting databases for the integration of organic and non-organic SIGINT data into current and future Naval ISR, IO and C2 systems, architectures and software applications



Minimum Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Signals Intelligence and IO/ISR programs of record to include Shipboard Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F, Cooperative Outboard Logistics Upgrade (COBLU), the Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP), and the Distributed Common Ground System- Navy (DCGS-N)
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Reach back capabilities within theater architecture(s) and Fleet architectures
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Limited Objective Experiments and Trident Warrior Initiatives
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), National All Source Fusion Tracking Systems (NAFTS), Real Time Regional Gateway (RT-RG), and TURBULENT WAVE (TW)
  • Ten or more (10+) of experience in Navy and Joint Full Motion Video (FMV) enhancements/employment
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Intelligence/Cryptologic equipment, Communications Electronic Attack equipment, organic and non-organic SIGINT data and applications and National SIGINT/Intelligence Data
  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and GENSER COP Data and Applications
  • Minimal travel is required (Less than 15%)
