Key Role:
Provide integration support to the functional components of an Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) program in support of individual and collective training at the company, brigade, and division levels. Participate in planning and implementing training programs, practices and procedures, configuration requirements, definition analysis and design, system integration, and performance analysis of human intelligence (HUMIT) control cells (HCCs) and tactical control cells (TCCs), lower and upper enclaves, and associated target signature array (TSA) systems. Lead efforts in the development of new and revision of existing training content and implement revised content based on changes to the system, tactics techniques and procedures, and concept of operations. Prepare for presentations and instruction, provide clarification and feedback, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills, and assess learning and performance. Synchronize work activities directly and independently with government customers, contractors, team members, and program management.
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with training or development
-Ability to interface with a wide variety of personnel
-Ability to travel throughout the CONUS and OCONUS up to 10% of the time
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Baseline DoD IAT Level II Security + Certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as a military intelligence specialist in a specialized field, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, or all source intelligence
-Knowledge of Army intelligence systems or platforms, including JCATS, CIDNE, DCGS, JSTARS, IWS, TES, DTES, GRCS, or Prophet
-Possession of excellent presentation and questioning skills
-TS/SCI with a polygraph
