Key Role:
Evaluate the application of analytic standards and associated analytic tradecraft standards in finished products. Interview product producers and contribute to written reviews of analytic products. Provide training for evaluators and produce tradecraft aids based on evaluation findings. Assess the consistency of the evaluations and develop a process to measure and minimize variations introduced by subjective evaluators. Support efforts to achieve functional management of the IC's analytic community, including assisting with studies, plan development, and meeting support.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with analytic tradecraft
-3+ years of experience in working in the intelligence community
-Experience with supporting senior officials within a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of IC Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft and methodologies, and applying them to resolve intelligence problems
-Knowledge of the intelligence community's structure, roles, and capabilities regarding analytic matters
-Ability to objectively evaluate analytic products against complex analytic standards and manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree or 4 additional years of experience with analytic tradecraft in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to develop and deliver oral presentations and prepare written products regarding the quality of analysis
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
