On an On-Call bases, provides subject matter expertise participating in program/project efforts to develop training capabilities and conduct associated specialized training to satisfy customer requirements. Assists team lead, or leads team in discrete periods, to analyze new and complex project related needs and creates innovative solutions involving manning, finance, scheduling, technology, training materials, methodology, tools, and other solution components. Determines appropriate training content, objectives and solution design using general technical and policy data and industry accepted and directed practices. Uses generalized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. May oversee, coach, and develop others for discrete periods.
Participates in special projects. Assists Team or Project/Program leads to review and evaluate customer requirements by assessing training and capability development needs. Ensures technical and training data, solution design requirements, and objectives are accurate and available to develop associated training materials. On behalf of the program/project lead, may interact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues/requirements. Establishes and utilizes processes for evaluating effectiveness of designed capabilities and training methods. May oversee discrete phases of development through scheduling, coordinating planning and preparing specialized training material by incorporating technical and engineering changes and or assessments to maintain currency and accuracy of training and solution material. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and delivery of solution materials. May interact with other corporate staff and other client staff on behalf of the client. May perform high level technical services on assigned tasks. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
