Industrial Security Manager

Job Description:

This is a Manager I Industrial Security Position reporting to the Andover, MA Security Manager. The successful candidate will have several areas of responsibility to include Physical Security lead with an in depth knowledge of DoD Closed Area construction requirements (self approval authority is ideal). You must also be familiar with electronic access control systems, CCTV's and Protected Distribution Systems. Provide Security Education and Training to a large work force, face to face briefings. This position will also include duties as the backup to the Designated Government Representative (DGR) activity to enable program deliverable execution with International Classified transmissions of major end item deliverables. Other duties include investigating Security Violations and some supervisory responsibilities.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Required Skills:
  • Physical Security background in Dept of Defense Closed Area construction is a must.
  • Experience with conducting investigations into violations of the National Industrial Security Program.
  • Ability to conduct face to face Security Education Briefings.
  • Must be able to multi-task as this is an expanding, fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Teamworking mindset is critical.
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
  • Security database experience such as, CCURES/JPAS/Perspective/Access Commander.
  • Familiar with Designated Government Representative (DGR) activities for classified foreign shipments of major end items.
  • Prior Supervisory experience.
  • Familiar with Document Control functions of Security.
Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelors Degree - Criminal Justice/Business/or related degree
