ICITAP Program Analyst - Washington DC


SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Team in Washington DC to support the ICITAP Saudi Arabia contract.
The Program Analyst serves on a regional operations team and assist the Deputy Assistant Director in implementing goals and performance standards established for the region.  Furthermore,you will support and assist in monitoring the operations of the ICITAP-Saudi Arabia program and/or other Middle East programs.  Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
  • Developing necessary documentation to execute and track financial, administrative, and programmatic matters;
  • Preparing reports and other written materials;
  • Assisting in the financial oversight of programs to include developing and tracking program budgets, reviewing invoices, and analyzing financial reports;
  • Coordinating logistics for conferences, trainings, and other activities to support ICITAP programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.


  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key foreign government leaders and interlocutors.
  • Graduate level degree (completed or in progress) in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Public Policy or field directly relevant to the tasks of this assignment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing or coordinating in any industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate a project implementation team for institutional development to ensure quality and timely project implementation.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading and writing.) is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ issued Public Trust which requires US Citizenship per the Government contract requirements.
