HUMINT Theater Source Registry Manager – Senior

Job Description

As Sr HUMINT Analyst you'll serve as the primary point of contact for coordination of the Theater Source Registry (TSR), while providing support to planning, development and oversight actions of TSR operations and requirements. This is a key effort in which you'll be defining the TSR operational architecture for major commands and joint/combined operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the planning, developing and recommending courses of action foroperational management, policy making and oversight actions for overt operational intelligence activity of national and theater level significance.
  • Serve as the Command's focal point for coordinating all overt Component, Service, Defense HUMINT and Defense Attache System operations in theater.
  • Represent the Directorate of Intelligence, USEUCOM, for HUMINT related actions to visiting dignitaries and senior officials, both U.S. and foreign, to include General Officer level.
  • Prepare for government lead approval, then present briefings, organize and participate in HUMINT conferences.
  • Assist in developing the theater HUMINT architecture and strategy.
  • Facilitate, provide advice and assist HUMINT support to exercises is planned and executed properly.
  • Serve as the main USEUCOM J2X point of contact for coordinating the TSR program and day-to-day theater source registry activities.
  • Provide required data/info to the USEUCOM J2X and the J2X Operations Support Branch (OSB) for providing oversight and functional management support of the theater source registry, coordinating requirements and operations with technical team.
  • Coordinate and recommend policy on theater source de-confliction and management support.
  • Coordinate and develop USEUCOM Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) in deonfliction and Provide required data/info for source registration.
  • Coordinate activities, process and provide required data/info for deconfliction of sources on behalf of: the USEUCOM J2X Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) branches, component 2X, CI, and HUMINT activities, other Defense HUMINT Executors and the source registry program offices.
  • Provide TSR account management support and training, as needed.
  • Coordinate security plans and ensures security requirements are met.
  • Provide required data/info for coordinating on TSR system enhancements and changes.
  • Draft, submit and provide follow-up on TSR requirements in support of USEUCOM and components.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Current Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
  • High School or GED and 22+ years’ experience in HUMINT Source analysis or:
  • BA/BS Degree and 18+ years’ experience in  HUMINT Source or:
  • MA/MS Degree and 10+ years’ experience in  HUMINT Source analysis.

Desired Certifications:

  • Understand the EUCOM AOR and current threats.
  • Ability to create short term products viewed by the command staff on a daily basis.
