HUMINT Collection Manager

Key Role:

Work under limited supervision and provide support to the US Army Operations Group (USAOG). Perform analytical, administrative, and coordination duties necessary to carry out HUMINT collection management and production officer responsibilities. Edit, coordinate, disseminate, and track all Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), Notices of Intelligence Potential (NIPs), all associated Evaluations, Source Directed Requirements (SDRs), and FINTEL.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with intelligence operations required

-2+ years of experience with HUMINT collection operations management

-1+ years of experience with the management of HUMINT collections requirements

-Experience with intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation, prior collection management in any discipline, and intelligence automated systems

-Experience with writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance and intelligence oversight and security guidelines

-Knowledge of IC policies, regulations, procedures, and processes pertinent to collection management and Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

-Active TS/SCI clearance required

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

-Knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools

-Knowledge of Departments of Treasury and State programs and products

-Ability to deliver global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making, and execution of client missions

-Ability to manage research and coordination for projects

-Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material, including the use of multimedia presentations

-Possession of excellent research and analytic skills

-TS/SCI clearance a polygraph preferred

-Specialized training from any Intelligence Collection and Analysis School or Certification
