Help Desk Technician answering calls, chats and emails from customers. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS/GED, 1+ years experience
Shift: Monday - Friday hours flexible between 0600-1800
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with a Poly
