Geospatial/GIS Analyst, Senior

Job Number: R0046639

Geospatial/GIS Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

With cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. That data is powerful in the hands of a skilled analyst who can turn it into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you to use your geospatial analysis skills to transform national security.

As a Booz Allen geospatial analyst, you’ll be working with a team of analysts to extract meaning and context from a variety of vector and raster data sources. Using tools like ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro or equivalent, you’ll find the patterns and connections to answer NGA's needs. Your visualization skills will come in handy as you build analytic, data visualization, and map production tools for all-source information and qualitative and quantitative mapping, to make sure stakeholders have the timely information they need. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to build your experience in advanced analytics and data science, while developing products to improve national security. Join us as we turn data into knowledge to protect national security and inform our nation’s leaders.

Empower change with us.
