Geospatial Analyst, Mid

Job Description Job Number: R0058440

Geospatial Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

With Cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. That data is powerful in the hands of a skilled analyst who can turn it into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you to use your geospatial analysis skills to transform our geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) client.

As a Booz Allen geospatial analyst, you’ll be working with a team of analysts and domain experts to extract meaning and context from a variety of vector and raster data sources. Using tools such as ArcGIS, Spatial Data Modeler, RemoteView, and SOCET GXP, you’ll find the patterns and connections to answer your client's specific intelligence challenges. Your skills will come in handy as you integrate data, detect patterns, discover and visualize relationships, make predictions, and contribute to formal reports to make sure warfighters, stakeholders, and policy makers have the timely information they need. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to build your experience in scripting and programming, advanced analytics, and data modeling while developing products to improve the efficacy of GEOINT in solving challenging intelligence issues. Join us as we turn data into knowledge to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders.

Empower change with us.
