Fusion Intelligence Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Serve as an Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) analyst, leverage experience as the operations team member capable of providing operational and strategic support to client missions in a 24/7 shift environment, and perform daily activities, including designing and analyzing collection strategies and planning, conducting, and accomplishing broad OPIR exploitation assignments. Perform active collection analysis, conducting fusion analysis and providing production coordination and maintain responsibility for producing intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives. Leverage expertise with the use of computer applications and intelligence–related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Communicate clearly when giving instructions to operators and identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for the purposes of disseminating analysis and reporting, enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or operational needs. Work independently or in a team environment and collaborate with others to provide analytic support, focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in mission management or collection management operational environments

-Experience with adapting to real–time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests

-Knowledge of OPIR tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes

-Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives

-Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 3+ years of experience with an intelligence community in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to demonstrate ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a related field
