As a back end developer on our team, you’ll execute on solutions that will help your customer overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like domain driven design alongside open source frameworks and tools like Ansible, Cloud Formations, and Terraform. As part of our development team, you’ll create custom APIs with consistent performance and scalability. You’ll directly impact the IC by building a data-centric platform and services to support data scientists and analysts. You Have:

-3+ years of experience with software development in programming languages, including Java

-1+ years of experience with UI/UX Web development and modern Web development frameworks

-1+ years of experience with developing and integrating APIs, REST, and Web services

-Experience with back end development and service design, data storage and access models, and enterprise level messaging services

-Experience with application performance analysis and monitoring, including ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK)

-Experience with designing, developing, deploying, and testing in a Cloud provider, including the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem and tools, such as EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch

-Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) tools, including GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Serverless, including Lambda, Step Functions, and SAM

-Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) technologies, including Ansible, Cloud Formations, or Terraform

-Experience in working with microservices and containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift

-Experience with Big Data technologies, including Apache Nifi, Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Hive, or MapReduce

-Experience within an Agile release methodology

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer
