Foreign Military Sales Training Systems Coordinator

Job Description Job Number: R0045293

Foreign Military Sales Training Systems Coordinator

The Challenge:

You know the secret to a successful project is tracking the balance between resources and performance. You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. What if you could use those project management skills to make a difference in US Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training? We have an opportunity for a project analyst to join our team as we develop and coordinate a surface training simulator for an FMS customer to support US Navy objectives.

On our team, you’ll develop and manage cost, schedule, and performance using tools like MS Project and regular interactions with US Navy and industry stakeholders to coordinate the acquisition, construction, acceptance, and utilization of a training facility in support of a US Navy FMS client, including planning, communication, outreach and foreign customer liaison support services. The real power of project management comes from communication, so you’ll create status updates with program schedules and milestones, with associated risk analyses and make experience-based recommendations on impacts to other parts of the program across the acquisition, introduction to service, logistics support, training development, and life cycle sustainment of training aids and devices. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your skills while expanding your project management experience. Join us and make sure our project stays on-time and within budget as we improve US Navy FMS surface training.

Empower change with us.
