Flight Operations Manager (Secret/Full Benefits)

Job Description

CACI is Seeking a Flight Operations Manager to support our SEMA program.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Flight Operations Manager (FOM) will support Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) flight operations. The FOM manages aviation flight operations functions related to planning, record management, standardization, crewmember tracking, and daily flight operation duties. All operations are to be conducted IAW the approved Flight Procedures, AR 95-20, customers service, and GFR directives. The FOM shall serve as liaison with partner and customer organizations for flight operations matters.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U. S. Citizen
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a current passport
  • Must possess a valid state driver s license
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must possess an active DOD security clearance at the SECRET level, or higher
  • Requires a AA/AS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or BA/BS with 4+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be used in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for 12 hrs. or more at a time.
  • Must be able to meet all CRC deployment and medical requirements.
  • At least one year of experience in air logistics coordination type role.
  • Manned Airborne ISR program involvement.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Former U. S. Military or US Contracting ISR experience
  • Active security clearance at Top Secret level
  • Prior experience with SIPRNET procedures and communications
  • Ability to work and live in close proximity and austere environment with peers
  • Working knowledge of flight crew functions and performance of various communications equipment and allied components; in-flight / ground emergency procedures (IFE/GEs), Air Tasking Orders and/or current ISR flying directives
