Finance Program Control Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Perform detailed financial and program control activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for large and complex programs, organizations, and proposals for full contract life cycle support. Leverage thorough comprehension of program requirements. Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses within Booz Allen Hamilton. Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide resulting recommendations. Prepare the cost-to-complete and supporting estimates. Prepare contract deliverables, respond to contract and program data calls and participate in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. Prepare detailed financial program management reviews and provide status of key performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a financial management or financial program control environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including utilizing complex formulas and functions in calculations and analysis in Excel

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment

-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues effectively within a team

-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
