Finance Lead

Job Description

CACI Enterprise IT Operations has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Lead to support the performance of the Program Business\Financial Management function for a 1 billion+ dollar Fixed Unit Price (FUP) Information Technology (IT) enterprise program.  You will be reporting directly to the corporate Finance Lead.
 
RESPONSIBILTIES:
As the program's Finance Lead you will be working directly as a partner with the Program Manager (PM) in the following areas:
 
-Responsible for assisting the PM in all financial decisions as it relates to the program.
 
-Responsible for oversight and leadership in the preparation of and coordination of financial documentation to include process and documentation development, budget development, spend plans, funds transfer, purchase orders, execution reports and other financial documentation and tracking.
 
-Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
 
-Identify, analyze, and define project/program requirements and scope.
 
-Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the finance function.
 
-Responsible for annual planning process as well as the subsequent monthly financial forecasting and reporting.  Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and reports financial data; communicate and present financial results (i.e. Actual performance vs. Plan and Forecast) Responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting of the financial employees in program management and analysis.
 
-Responsible for all financial reporting and analysis as defined by contract deliverables.  Serves as the financial expert and single point of interaction with other CACI departments and the client.
 
-Directs, implements, and administers formal aspects of program in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, DCAA, DCMA, FAR, CAS.
-Assists in developing and implementing business processes.

-Deltek Cost Point expertise / knowledge
 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline and 16 to 18 years of experience.
- Must have experience with large scale enterprise IT contracts
- Must have strong experience with Fixed Unit Price (FUP) Contracts performing -œshould-cost-, break-even, and other complex ad hoc analysis
- Must have experience in estimating cash flow schedules
- Must have experience in accounting system setup and operations to support cost collection, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Experienced in developing investment briefings and performing market and ROI analysis.
- Should have strong supply management experience and skilled in dealing with vendor and customer relations.
- Program Financial Management experience in a lead role
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
