Field Service Engineer II - Lemoore, CA

Position Description

Based out of Lemoore, California, the FSE installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment including alarms, naval munitions, giant voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, enterprise land mobile radio, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed.  In addition the FSE trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.  Will be relied upon to determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs.  Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. This is a telecommute position, but you will be required to report onsite daily.  Work is generally performed onsite where working conditions may vary.


This position requires the ability to access confidential/classified areas.  Qualified candidate must have a current DoD Secret level clearance. Qualified candidate must be able to travel locally in addition to a minimum of 10% of long distance travel in order to provide support in Fallon, Nevada and China Lake.  Requires a bachelor's degree and 4 years experience OR 6 years experience in the field.
