Facilities Business Analyst/ PM Technical Consultant

Position Description

We are currently seeking an individual with a unique combination of a Business Analyst/ PM Technical Consultant that is well-versed in Facilities and Asset Management. The mixture of these skills will ensure your success as you support a diverse portfolio of government, higher education, state and local, and commercial clients 

The ability to gather client requirements and translate them to developers, train and explain as you communicate with your clients, being able to understand and share market knowledge and best practices is critical.   The successful applicants must be flexible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented, and have experience in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple levels of the organization. Excellent customer service, communication and analysis skills are required. You must possess a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Works as a member of a consulting team focused on solving business challenges for customer success
  • Expertise and work efforts are focused on the analysis of the customer`s business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve technical problems.
  • Expertise with requirements gathering, business processes, strategic visioning, and reporting.
  • Experience in a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures for facilities, assets, and real property management is a critical component of the work.
  • Familiar with Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.) and the value of the technology in a business environment.


  • May have some Business Development and budgetary responsibilities.
  • Duties may be performed at customer's site in the Washington, D.C. area.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
  • Requires a Bachelor`s degree and at least 8 years experience
  • Secret Clearance or the ability to receive and maintain a clearance
