Brief Description

LinQuest is seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our team at our office in Los Angeles. As Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative, facilities and support services to the LinQuest organization. As Facilities Administrator, you will work closely with all of our offices to ensure that facilities administrative operations proceed smoothly and will work with the Director of Facilities to maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions. You will assist in developing a variety of plans for the administrative branch to improve efficiency and quality in many areas including health & safety practices, furniture and equipment, purchasing and creating uniform CAD drawings. Other responsibilities may include supervising vendor personnel, overseeing facilities projects, creating spreadsheets to manage programs, and interacting directly with staff. You will help to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships with a wide range of staff. You will need to have problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail to complete work in a timely manner. You will be expected to work well independently at times but also maintain a close connection with the Director of Facilities. Strong computer skills in CAD and Microsoft with prior experience in facilities are required.



  • Assist in providing oversight of corporate facility functions, ensuring compliance to company policies and helping to create company standards
  • Provide facilities purchasing requisitions for offices, Facilities User Agreements and assist with budget and project goals
  • Support administrative functions for facilities daily business operations, planning schedules and delegating activities
  • Help to develop and ensure proper training on facilities standard operating procedures by monitoring facility issues
  • Help to develop a companywide inventory management for facilities equipment and follow up to any equipment repair
  • Create a uniform set of CAD Floor Plans for all Linquest Offices and keep them updated



Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office – proficient
  • Oral/written communications (oral briefings, authoring documents) – proficient
  • Understanding of building systems
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of commercial building spaces
  • Demonstrated project management understanding
  • Ability to flex hours to accommodate projects and external customer timelines

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with OSHA
  • Working knowledge of requisition and purchasing for facility items and supplies
  • Strong understanding of upkeep, maintenance, and repair of facilities
  • CAD layout & drawing capability


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in facilities
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
