Executive Assistant/Task Manager

Key Role:

Support the client in a range of areas, including task management, metric development, and traditional EA duties. Leverage network and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead firm or team initiatives, as needed, and take the initiative to improve and lead senior level initiatives. Support senior leaders with measuring the performance of the team’s production and activities as deliverables to the client. Provide support in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling for executive leaders, as needed. Perform a variety of complex and routine administrative duties with minimal or no supervision and in compliance with written policies and oral guidance, execute independent decisions within established guidelines, and perform a full range of administrative services. Assist executive leaders with managing and prioritizing the daily workload, including preparing meeting materials and maintaining continuity of office in the executives’ absence. Display and execute intent for self-improvement, pay strict attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with providing senior executive-level support to military and civilian leadership  

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including using SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook at an expert level 

-Experience with calendar management and short- and long-term scheduling
-Knowledge of various troubleshooting, development, or maintenance techniques

-Ability to be a self-starter who is forward leaning in process improvement and office management

-Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating business and administrative needs

-Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and provide flexibility where needed

-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with or in the military, intelligence community, or combatant commands

-Experience with configuring, operating, or maintaining SharePoint 

-Experience with CENTCOM or AFRICOM or at least an understanding of the AORs

-Ability to design, develop, or customize sites, including the development and implementation of master pages, forms, templates, libraries, lists, workflows, task management, alerts, calendars, or other custom components
-Ability to provide out-of-the-box SharePoint development support, including form and workflow creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting using SharePoint Designer

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
