CNSP is looking for an Executive Assistant the Contractor shall provide administrative support to DS designated executives and execute administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in editing/preparing responses to DSS Taskers;
  • Research assigned topics and prepare special reports and findings;
  • Screen/distribute materials to appropriate staff and assign taskers;
  • Review cables and assign taskers within division as appropriate;
  • Edit trend analyses, threat analyses and impact studies;
  • Arrange assigned schedules;
  • Travel preparations;
  • Meeting support;
  • Timekeeping;
  • Passport and visa processing;
  • Document management;
  • Database service;
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is required;
  • Serve as an administrative backup when needed for senior officers.

Supervisory/Management Authority:

· This position will not have supervisory or management authority

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Incumbent must have a current and active SECRET Security Clearance, must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Sponsorship of clearances is not available.
  • Candidate must successfully pass a Drug Test and a federal government background investigation.  
  •  A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus in management or business administration in addition to five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience.
  • Experience maybe substituted for educational requirements if experience is at the Executive Level for more than ten (10) years professional experience. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • The Contractor must possess strong customer relations experience and experience working/interacting with senior management.
  • The Contractor shall possess a solid working knowledge of TATEL; DSS Tasker Log; /E2 Solutions, and current Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and current SharePoint application.
  • Must be fluent in English language with strong communicative skills and proficiency in spelling and grammar in interactions with senior officials

Work Environment:

· This position is primarily performed in a secured federal office setting, a controlled office environment
