Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for an Engineer Electronics Lead 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK.


You will integrate and test payload systems in lab and field environments.

Your Essential Functions:

Provide Leadership for a team of sub-system analysts for the B-2 Flight Control Sub-System which includes defining subsystem modifications and upgrades.

This includes performing analysis of Sub-System Upgrade requirements; investigate and develop solutions to Software System Trouble Reports (SSTRs); coordinate software requirement and modifications with B-2 Avionics Software Development, Systems Engineering and System Test organizations; support Laboratory Integration & Testing of software/ hardware updated configurations.

You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/ team settings across all levels.

You will work in collaborate closely with system engineers, hardware designers, and integration/test engineers.

Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) plus9 Years with Bachelorsor 7 Years with Masters or 4 Years with PhD of related aircraft engineering experience,

You must have an active DoD Secret and a background investigation within the scope of six years.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Design, Analysis and/or Maintenance of Flight Control Systems is a plus
