Key Role:
Analyze energy usage and methodologies. Develop life-cycle cost-effectiveness for energy projects, energy management, and conservation programs. Draft input for a Marine Corps client's submission of the Annual Energy Management and Resilience Report (AEMRR). Analyze, coordinate, and arrange for the development of energy policies to meet and support Marine Corps objectives. Provide planning, design, and execution input towards new construction and modernization projects as related to the Guiding Principles for Sustainable Federal Buildings for the Marine Corps' modernization efforts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with mid-level clients.
