The candidate will serve as an engineer on a project to design deploy implement, and troubleshoot electrical and cabling systems for a DoD customer. The engineer will be required to survey, document, engineer and install infrastructure systems including AC power, UPS, EMT, fiber cabling, copper cabling, and cable management systems. Engineer must be able to develop survey checklists, complete survey checklists, develop a site survey report and develop site drawings in Visio and AutoCAD.
The engineer will also be configuration and optimization of all devices within the functional area, including staging, operations and maintenance support.
75% travel will be required.
Bachelor's degree required.
The successful candidate must show 5+ years' experience in surveying, engineering (solution development), installation and configuration of infrastructure systems. Experience with DoD customers is preferred. Additional experience with Telephone systems is preferred.
