Electrical Engineer

The Parsons team is seeking an Electrical Engineer with excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of working independently and in a dynamic team environment in support of U.S. Army programs. Job duties include:
• Preparation for and participation in technical reviews
• Technical design requirements analysis
• Planning and design to meet project objectives and requirements
• Briefing senior management on project status

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in the areas of electrical design and engineering, preferably related to the design, development, integration, and test of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) components
• Interface Control Document (ICD) familiarity and understanding
• U.S. Army or other DoD program experience
• Proficient in MS Office software (Visio and Project are a plus)
• Experience utilizing industry standard Computer Aided Design (CAD) products for documenting system designs
• Familiarity with digital control with embedded microcontrollers (MCU, DSP, FPGA)
• Familiarity in using simulation and math software such as MATLAB/Simulink

U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess a Secret clearance.
