Document Control Specialist

The Raytheon Corporate IDIQ Service Center, ATSP4 Program Management Office (PMO), is seeking a highly motivated Document Control Specialist. This position will support all active task orders under the ATSP4 IDIQ contract vehicle, an average of 80 concurrent tasks, by receiving and delivering all CDRL documents to various government customers. The Document Control Specialist will have visibility into a wide range of engineering programs for all four Raytheon Business units around the country. The Document Control Specialist works closely with Program Management and Contracts to accomplish this task. The candidate must be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. A current DoD SECRET clearance (or higher) is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Check all CDRLs received from the Business performers to ensure they are properly named, marked, and inspected for errors
  • Deliver all CDRL documents to external customers within 3 business days of receipt from the Business performers
  • Store and archive all digital CDRL files to record when received and delivered
  • Collaborate across the PMO (with Project managers and Contracts Managers) to ensure all task order CDRL deliverables are submitted on-time

Required skills and Experience:
  • University Degree and at least 2 years of experience working in document control or related engineering discipline
  • Experience working within a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience preparing and delivering high quality documents, preferably contract data requirements (CDRLs) to government customers
  • Able to work across functions and Raytheon Businesses to correct data deliverables for timely submittal to the government
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools advanced features: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with advanced Adobe Acrobat features
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize task efforts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills or Abilities:
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance (or higher) is desirable
  • Experience with Sharepoint, WebDM or other automated tools that enable tracking and forecasting of data requirements required for delivery to the Customer
  • Records management awareness
  • Experience with Configuration Management Systems
  • EXIM awareness and marking
Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
