Digital Network Intelligence Analyst, Mid-Level

Overview

Seeking a qualified candidate who can perform Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) analysis for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to perform technical metadata and content analysis of threat automated information systems and must be capable of leveraging their linguist skills to characterize, analyze and reconstruct threat digital networks.

Responsibilities
  • Performs Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) analysis for specified target sets and formats the information for dissemination

  • Performs technical metadata and content analysis of threat adversary automated information systems

  • Must be capable of leveraging their linguist skills to characterize, analyze and reconstruct threat digital networks

  • Report and Translate technical and intel related findings from Mandarin to English
Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required

All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph

  • A minimum of five (5) years of language or SIGINT experience specializing in DNI
    • (Note: A Bachelor's degree in applicable field from an accredited college or university can substitute for two (2) years of SIGINT experience, bringing the total to three (3) years of experience)
  • Demonstrated expertise in intelligence collection, SIGINT development (SIGDEV) or computer network provider capabilities and workflows
  • Experience in conducting technical metadata or content analysis; digital network characterization, reconstruction, mapping, or vulnerability assessments
  • Working knowledge in language analysis techniques, tool providers, capabilities or workflows, and experience in technical and language exploitation
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas:
    • SIGDEV
    • DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction
    • CNE exploitation
    • Target templating
    • Social Network Analysis (SNA)
    • Network vulnerability assessments
    • SIGINT product reporting
    • Technical language analysis, development or exploitation
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required
