Deputy Program Manager/Scrum Master- TS/SCI W/Poly

What You’ll Get to Do:

The  Deputy Program Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for leading an Agile Team of Systems and Software Engineers to support the Sponsor’s projects. 

More About the Role:

  • Manage and track program schedules across multiple capabilities.
  • Structure or make recommendations for effective meetings, off-sites, briefings, program, etc. encompassing disparate IT technical, user, management and security cadres.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes, issues within capabilities/programs and keep all affected Project Managers and senior management informed.
  • Prepare and/or deliver presentations for planning and execution.
  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users, stakeholders, managers and security.
  • Provide requirements analysis, meet with the tool production teams (Owning Team), and understand each team’s build process, installation scripts and procedures. 
  • Perform an analysis of the LOE required
  • Obtain plan approval from Sponsor management.
  • Documentation, training and transition activities for the containerization and transition back to the tool production teams. 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree preferred and ten (10) plus years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Demonstrated experience directing daily operations of a team to include analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing computing needs and system requirements with users, management, vendors, and technicians.
  • Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day management of a program, and developing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the system.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture
  • Familiar with lifecycle processes
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • PMP certified
  • TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly
