Deployable All-Source Analyst

Key Role:
Provide strategic and operational all source intelligence and integration support to multiple clients. Maintain responsibility for research, analysis, presentation, and dissemination of fused all source analysis focused on detecting and illuminating threat networks to enable DoD, interagency, and intelligence community partners’ efforts to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat those networks. Work with members of an intelligence enterprise to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities, trends, patterns, and key nodes of transregional and transnational threat networks. Use Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) resources to manage, produce, and provide intelligence information papers, defense threat assessments, intelligence briefs, and analytical support to military and law enforcement operations. Provide input to multiple client requirements, objectives, and client staff meetings. Conduct comprehensive research on complex topics either independently or as part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on current events and long-term trends that impact client missions, including work in an interagency environment, liaising with senior government officials to produce intelligence analysis, and identifying and exploiting threat networks. This position requires irregular working hours and OCONUS travel for up to 180 days per calendar year.

Basic Qualifications:

-4 years of experience in intelligence with all source intelligence or in the SOUTHCOM AOR

-Experience in conflict resolution and management, working with coalition and foreign partners, and maintaining a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity

-Experience with developing excellent internal and external professional networks and writing and developing comprehensive intelligence assessments, information papers, and presentations

-Experience in drafting and answering RFIs with network analysis in support of target development and in executive-level client briefings to heads-of-state or general officers with limited or no preparation time

-Experience with using Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) information for target development and network analysis

-Experience with intelligence research tools, including DCGS-A, RMT, M3, TAC, NGT, WISE, HOTR, Reader, or Coliseum and network analysis tools, including Palantir, DCGS-A MFWS, or Analyst Notebook

-Ability to work independently, including maintaining awareness of client equities and priorities

-Ability to show Spanish language proficiency of 2/2 on DLPT, ILR, or comparable test vehicle

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
