Job Description:

Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting (CNMC) is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support our client, the 56thCivil Engineer Squadron (CES) by inputting and managing Real Property and Facility data into the Air Force Civil Engineering Enterprise Business System. Personnel will gather information from multiple sources and transfer the data into Air Force Civil Engineer NexGen TRIRIGA Real Property modules. Personnel will utilize MS Access, MS Excel and other related database tools and programs to integrate information from TRIRIGA, BUILDERTM, and other enterprise sources. Personnel shall provide on-the-job training on TRIRIGA data entry to 56 CES personnel on a recurring basis. Primary duties will include data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, data integration, report generation, and training in support of the 56 CES mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Deliverables):

Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Receive, process, conduct data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, and data integration of Real Property and facility data in MS Access and the Air Force’s Enterprise Business System (EBS)
  • Prepare reports and presentations in support of customer objectives
  • Prepares reports and presentations for submission to Higher Headquarter under strict timelines
  • Review and analyze EBS data for accuracy
  • Provide on-the-job TRIRIGA training on a recurring basis
  • Performs record management and archiving duties as needed
  • Provide facility reports, customer service documentation and other supporting documents
  • Interact with 56 CES personnel, facility managers, customers, and other stakeholders

Supervisory/Management Authority:

This position has no supervisory or management authority

Education and/or Experience:

  • Public Trust Clearance Required
  • Minimum requirement is an Associate degree
  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in data entry and management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  (example: specific software, soft skills, etc. – This gets deleted)

  • Skilled at utilizing MS Access, TRIRIGA, BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems, and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in data entry and management
  • Experience with managing data, data analysis or data quality assurance, including moderate experience transforming data into reports through use of pivot tables and other data compilation techniques.
  • Experience with Air Force Civil Engineer operations is highly desirable
  • Experience with Air Force Real Property management and DD Form 1354 is highly desirable
  • Experience with TRIRIGA and BUILDERTM is highly desired
  • Ability to research requests, identifies and trouble shoot possible problems
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Employees will operate on-site with the 56 CES on Luke AFB, AZ
  • Operations are conducted in a climate-controlled office environment.
