Data Distribution Specialist

ARA is seeking a person to fill the position of Data Assistant 4.  This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of related experience.  Applicants must be a United States citizen, and have an Active DoD Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

 Required Skills:

The applicant, under close supervision, manages a repository and technical library. Provides customer service functions using existing databases. Collects, compiles and organizes distribution list verifying contact information.  Operates disc reproduction equipment and performs data entry.  Prepares and maintains technical documents for distribution to users. Categorizes, indexes, and stores software, manuals, and documents existing on various electronic media. Performs manual collation and data entry using database or computer application software necessary to update indices and technical documents. Person must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, have good communication skills and be well organized.
