Key Role:
Design, engineer, integrate, implement, test, deploy, maintain, review, and administer the infrastructure, hardware, software, and tools required in support of the Defensive Cyber Operations missions. Develop system concepts and apply the systems engineering life cycle to translate strategic Cyber objectives, technology, and environmental conditions into engineering outcomes and solutions. Select and apply processes and methodologies to meet Cyber performance objectives. Analyze trends and emerging technologies for potential program modernization. Configure Cyber systems to meet user requirements. Support the acquisition of hardware and software, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with IT system administration or Cybersecurity
-3+ years of experience as a system administrator, including working to resolve user issues and ensuring tools are fully operational
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting DoD clients
-Experience with UNIX or Linux
-Experience with DoD policies, procedures, and protocols
-Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-Ability to implement Standard Operating Procedures
-Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
