Cybersecurity Solutions Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Lead teams of Cybersecurity analysts and engineers in securing mission critical applications and systems while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Coordinate work with a diverse set of stakeholders to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. This is a chance to lead a team of experts to make a difference in the security of warfighter communications and operations. Lead efforts to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating and assessing secure practices like endpoint-based detection, multi-factor authentication, identity and access management, and advanced analytics. Broaden your skillset into defensive Cyber operations, developing solutions to comprehend and correlate the security of weapons platforms and their supporting mission systems against known or emerging threats. Lead local Air Force Cyber market development initiatives and its business portfolio by leveraging your own and the firm’s Cyber expertise and lead the development of proposals in close collaboration with senior colleagues. Build trusting client relationships and introduce strategically significant products, product lines, or applications to establish a market reputation that results in increased demand for expertise or expansion of the market in Cyber areas of expertise.

Oversee staff responsible for the Cybersecurity engineering, integration, testing, and defensive operations required to effectively manage the security and risk posture of the network and combat weapons systems and resources. Respond to analysis trends and emerging technology for potential program modernization. Lead the local Air Force Cyber market, build client relationships, and determine how best Booz Allen can help solve their most pressing challenges. Manage professional employees and supervisors. Maintain responsibility for budgets and deadlines in the area managed and for the day-to-day management of one functional area.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with information assurance, including information assurance system evaluations, system security penetration testing, security information management, or security event management

-Experience with leading technical teams in engineering, IT, or software environments

-Experience with network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

-Experience with analyzing results, writing assessments, and test reports

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BS degree

-PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Cyber engineering and assessment frameworks

-Experience with project management frameworks

-Experience with leading in agile environments

-Knowledge of agile Cybersecurity engineering concepts and practices

-Possession of excellent team leadership, development, and client relationship skills

-Active Cybersecurity Certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISM, or related

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
