Cybersecurity Manager

Position Description/Summary:
Cybersecurity Manager  will lead a team responsible for overall systems security engineering and Risk Management Framework transition.  This includes reviewing, creating and maintaining security documentation and  artifacts, information security risk management, POA&M maintenance and eMASS management.  Will ensure system compliance with reporting requirements at each RMF milestone and compliance with MROi configuration management processes.  May serve as an Information System Security Manager for MROi.

- Obtain and maintain RMF ATO
- Ensure that all system or application deliverables meet the requirements of DoD and AF Cybersecurity policy.
- Assist the MROi Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and support staff as necessary in conducting IAE in the QT&E environment.
- Duties for the Cyber Security Analyst include the ability to lead and participate a diverse team of experts to satisfy the mission assurance, evaluation and testing requirements for the program.  
- Identify and coordinate remediation of cybersecurity related issues.

Minimum Position Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in systems security engineering, or cybersecurity architecture analysis and implementation 
  • 2 years experience in obtaining and maintaining ATOs (Air Force experience preferred) 
  • 2 years of experience creating and reviewing security design documentation, or auditing experience 
  • 2 years of experience in security control testing 
  • 2 years of experience in security framework implementation utilizing the following systems/tools/applications: (NIST, eMASS, HP Fortify, VMS, RMF, DIACAP, ICD 503, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience leading/managing a team 
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills 
  • Prefer:  CISSP certification, CISM certification, RMF implementation 
  • Experience with Oracle EBS v11 and v12 highly recommended
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent)
