Cyber Security Penetration Tester (Red Team)

ECS is seeking a Cyber Security Penetration Tester (Red Team) to work in our Stuttgart, Germany office. 

Job Description:
The Red Team provides a variety of security assessments that provide a realistic simulation of hostile adversary activity, including both remote external and internal on-site assessments.  The team also performs penetration tests of specific systems, web application assessments, and wireless assessments. The operator must be able to operate confidently and effectively in diverse customer environments, including system critical production environments.

Responsibilities:
•  Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in a wide array of systems in a variety of situations
•  Thoroughly document all activities conducted on customer networks
•  Create post-assessment reporting that describes findings and their risks, exploitation procedures, and remediation’s.
•  Potentially assist customers with mitigations of findings
•  Maintain current knowledge of security vulnerabilities, tools, tactics, and trends.
•  Develop, test, and deploy new offensive tools as needed
•  Strictly adhere to policies defined in standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
•  Properly protect any acquired customer data, including following HIPAA guidelines for PHI and PII information

Required Skills:
•  In depth familiarity with Windows and / or Linux operating systems
•  Experience running exploits in a Production environment
•  Understanding of Red Team methodology
•  Knowledge of current adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures
•  Working knowledge of network technologies and infrastructures
•  Fluency in one or more programming languages
•  Working knowledge of multiple programming languages
•  Web application assessments (Burpsuite Experience preferred)
•  Experience with Metasploit Framework or similar tool (Remote Access Trojan)
•  Familiarity with wireless (802.11b) technologies
•  Open Source Intelligence gathering
•  Exploit Development / Vulnerability Research highly desired

•  A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) and five (5) years of recent specialized experience as defined below OR;
•  An Associate’s Degree and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience as defined below OR;
•  Ten (10) years of recent specialized experience.
•  CLEARANCE: Minimum US SECRET Clearance prefer eligiblity for TS/SCI.
