Cyber Security/Info Assurance Engineer

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) Engineer for a position on the F-35 IA Training Systems team at the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) facility in Orlando, FL.

The candidate will assist with Information Assurance tasks on the F-35 Training Systems team to include performing environment vulnerability scans, remediation of vulnerabilities by applying recommended patches and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists, and support development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization documentation. The selected individual will work with the System Administrators for the Lockheed Martin closed area labs to ensure compliance with the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG). He / She will be required to work with the hardware, software and specialty engineers as needed to ensure full compliance of all security requirements. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple releases and multiple baselines.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience and/or familiarity with the following operating systems or technologies:

* Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 Administration
* Windows 7 and Windows 10 Desktop Operating Systems
* Vulnerability Remediation Management Tools
* Implementation of IAVMs and STIG checklists
Desired Skills:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to own the process and move forward with minimal direction
* CISSP, Security+ or other relevant security certification
* Experience and/or familiarity with network and database administration
* Experience with any of the following toolsets:
- Nessus, Shavlik, WSUS, MBSA, Splunk, STIG, ACAS,
McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator
