Sentar is looking to hire an Information Assurance Analyst to provide program support in Huntsville, AL. The analyst will assist with the development of security controls & Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment & Authorization. A successful candidate will work independently and as a team to support a range of cyber security lifecycle activities to include RMF implementation. The security engineering effort includes identification, development, and implementation of technical security controls within RMF as described in DOD and Army documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support accreditation and other program protection activities

- Evaluate the categorization and implementation of security controls pertinent to information and information systems. 

- Conduct reviews of security artifacts and provide IA assistance on completing required A&A documentation to include: POA&Ms, SCA-V Reports, scorecards, MOU, MOA, connection agreements, dataflow diagrams, network diagrams, and other documents and make the recommendation to the Information Assurance Program Manager (IAPM).

- Provide assistance/recommendations to SOs on POA&Ms to ensure systems receive favorable accreditation and re-accreditation decisions. 

- Develop reports including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FISMA Scores, Scorecards

- Validate all IA controls

- Review scan results from SW/HW tools, STIGs, DISA SRR scripts

  • RMF experience including EMASS and POA&Ms
  • Proficiency and in depth knowledge of DOD standards and compliance
  • Understanding of networks and network security -Must have verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous eMASS analysis experience REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of ICS is a plus
  • Knowledge of Privacy is a plus
  • Minimum of Secret level clearance required with the ability to obtain TS.
  • IAM level II certification required- CISSP, CASP, CAP, GSLC, CISM
